Warranty and Return Policy
 
We want you, our valued customer, to be satisfied with each and every purchase. In our desire to strive for customer satisfaction, we would like to clarify our policies associated with returns and warranties.
 
PIECHNIK’S STORE RETURN / WARRANTY POLICY:
 
Original Receipt Needed for all Returns & Plant Warranties
 
Warranty Policy on live plant products:

• Hardy trees and Shrubs – 1 year from date of purchase.

• Perennials and Roses – October 1st of year purchased.

• Annuals and Replacement Plants – NO WARRANTY.

• Plants returned within the warranty will be replaced up to the original price paid.

• Warranties do not cover acts of nature including drought, freeze, frost or damage by
animals.

• Piechnik’s reserves the right to void any warranty due to lack of watering or neglect.

Return Policy for Home/Garden decor and Gardening Products:

• We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase in unused condition, with original tags
attached.

• Refunds will be given in the same method used for payment.

• Christmas merchandise – December 10th of year purchased.

• Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on clearance items or special orders.
