- We accept returns with original receipt up to 30 days after purchase in unused condition with original tags attached.
- Refunds will be given in the same method used for payment. If paid by check you will be refunded after 7 days.
- We do not accept returns on clearance items or special orders.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable.
- Christmas merchandise can be returned up to Dec. 15th of year purchased.
Warranty: Nursery and Perennial Products.
- All items on Sale for 30% or more are considered Final Sale-no warranty or returns.
- Arborvitae, Boxwood, Fruit Trees, Japanese Maple, Perennials and Roses– Will be replaced up to the original price paid up to November 15th of year purchased.
- All other Hardy trees and Shrubs – 1 year from date of purchase – will be replaced for the original purchase price.
- NO WARRANTY on Annuals
- NO WARRANTY on Nursery/Perennials already replaced once on warranty.
- All replacements ONLY covered equal to price originally paid at time of sale.
- Warranties DO NOT cover act of nature including drought, freeze, frost or damage by animals.
